Under the large dune of Merzouga, next to a palm grove and very close to the village is located Riad Ali Hotel.
We are in the desert of the Erg Chebbi, in the house of Ali Yakoubi, a Berber of the area that since 2002 has run the hotel and all the activities from there are done.
It is a very cosy hotel, quiet place, with many spaces to be and to stay. A space of light, colours and contrasts, respectful with its surroundings and designed to preserve the authenticity of the architecture and decoration of the area.
When we arrived Ali, Mohamed, Hassan, Aito, Samira and Bedda they welcomed us with their great hospitality. They are waiting for us to offer us the best of their culture, their surroundings and their excellent cuisine.

It is an ideal route to get to know the best of the country without repeating any roads. It is a route that combines two imperial cities: Marrakech with all its bustle and Fez with all the weight of the cultural tradition. The landscape changes when crossing the Atlas on two different sides are spectacular. Power to the desert and enjoy its colours is unrepeatable.
DESERT ROUTE
Route Southern Morocco. Desert territory with areas with palm groves and sand dunes. The most ancient Morocco. Fantastic route to enjoy the silence, calm and colours of the desert.
ATLANTIC COAST ROUTE
Starting from the bustling imperial city of Marrakech we make a route through different towns of the Atlantic coast. We go east until we reach Ourzazate and get ready to cross the great Atlas until we reach Marrakech.
